Veterans Relationship Management Program Information Technology Solutions and Support Services IDIQ
Veterans Relationship Management (VRM) is an easy to use, flexible, multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle hosted by the the Veteran’s Affairs Technology Acquisition Center, (TAC) to provide a broad range of information technology solutions surrounding VA’s Veteran Relationship Management program, efforts and surrounding tasks.

Scope
VRM supports VA’s initiative focused on empowering veterans and beneficiaries, enabling them to access VA through multiple accurate and flexible communication channels. And allowing internal staff and stakeholders means to capture, store, share and search for information across all VA organizations. Providing a shared contact record among all VA organizations, clients and information management to ensure continuity of services.

VRM has established seven work streams, in which individual task orders will be issued for work to be performed within one or more of the areas/streams:

- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Unified desktop (UD)
- Web/self service
