Uncovering the Future Impact of Health Programs
With more than 30 years of public health experience in HIV/AIDS, SRA created SPECTRUM to help policymakers determine the future impact of specific health programs. SPECTRUM is a suite of modeling tools used to project the need for AIDs-related health services and the consequences of not addressing those needs. By answering a series of “what if” questions, the tool helps determine what factors can be changed or influenced by public policy.
SPECTRUM is a Microsoft Windows-based system with integrated policy models. Users who are familiar with Windows software will be able to navigate the program with ease. Most models are available in English, French and Spanish. Some are also available in Portuguese, Arabic and Russian. There is no cost to download the program or any of its modules.
