A director of SRA since December 1998, Michael Klein has a broad background in business and law. He is a retired partner from Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, L.L.P., where he specialized in corporate and securities law. His business activities include Chairman of the Board of Directors of CoStar Group, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company which he co-founded in 1987, Vice Chairman of the Board and Lead Director of NYSE-listed Perini Corporation, and director of several privately held enterprises.
Klein serves as a trustee of both the PEN Faulkner Foundation and the American Himalayan Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Miami (BBA 1963; JD 1966) and Harvard University (LLM 1967).
