Services will include development of knowledge management systems, technology-based training, performance support strategies and tools, and learning organization strategies; strategic human capital planning; performance measurement and improvement; workforce planning; and program evaluation. The SRA teams are composed of large and small businesses with expertise in developing and implementing training and human capital solutions.
