Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs)

A Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) allows Federal agencies to purchase information technology products and services from another Federal agency’s contract. They are indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts that support flexible procurement and efficiency.

SRA’s offers the following GWAC contracts:

CIO-SP2i

The Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP2) contracts provide IT systems and services to support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) requirements for within the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and other Government agencies. Learn more about CIO-SP2i.

Millennia

The Millennia contract covers all IT requirements under the general categories of software engineering, communications and system integration. These categories include computer hardware, ancillary equipment, software, firmware, and services (including telecommunications and support services).

Millennia services may be acquired in the United States, its territories and possessions, foreign countries, and to support OCONUS Operations. Other potential customers for the Millennia contract include independent establishments (Comptroller of the Currency) and government corporations (e.g., Federal Reserve System), District of Columbia Government, some international organizations, and cost-reimbursement contractors that manage Department of Energy Federal IT facilities, along with state and local governments. Millennia Lite

The Millennia Lite, Functional Area 4, Legacy Systems Migration and New Enterprise Systems Development contract covers a spectrum of IT services and products. It includes legacy systems migration and enterprise systems development. The Millennia Lite contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract whose orders may be Time & Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), or Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF).
