Conflict Prevention and Resolution Services Contract
Since 1999, SRA has managed the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) Conflict Prevention and Resolution Services (CPRS) contract, which provides EPA with access to a roster of nationally recognized firms and independent consultants in the field of environmental consensus building and dispute resolution. Our roster members are located across the country and are available to other Federal agencies through EPA’s contract, as well as our GSA MOBIS schedules.

- Provides access to a full range of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services
- Features the nation’s leading environmental and ADR professionals
The CPRS contract professionals provide EPA with services across the entire spectrum of ADR practices, including:
- Dispute prevention
- Consensus building
- Case mediation or arbitration
- Public participation
- Training on consensus building and dispute resolution topics
- Research on ADR-related topics
- “Just-in-Time” facilitation and coaching
- Employee/workplace disputes
- ADR systems design
- Facilitation and meeting support
- Web-based collaborative problem solving
- Logistical support
- Access to practitioners nationwide
- Experienced practitioners on staff to help convene cases and identify the right practitioners
- Logistical and technical support capabilities to add value to cases
The CPRS contract ordering process allows SRA to begin work immediately upon receipt of a task order.
- EPA customers work with EPA Program Manager to develop task order specifications
- Task order issued by EPA
- SRA begins work
- SRA submits work plan and budget
- EPA provides final approval
