Richard Clarke, Cyber Security
Former Senior White House Advisor Richard Clarke is SRA's executive advisor for cyber security and counterterrorism. Clarke leads a team of SRA cyber security experts who provide three decades of thought leadership on cyber security and counterterrorism. He has been a key player on the international stage in both the national security and counterterrorism arenas. For the last three decades, he has worked in the highest levels of the U.S. government in posts at the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of State and an unprecedented 11 years of continuous service to the White House. Clarke's experience provides unparalleled insight into the security challenges facing the federal government today.
Majed Saadi, Cloud Computing
Majed Saadi leads SRA's Cloud Computing practice, providing strategic direction to shape the company's Cloud offering from Cloud strategy development to Cloud management; including Cloud readiness, Cloud engineering and Cloud modernization. Saadi's more than 15 years of experience as a thought leader at several Federal Systems Integrators has focused on areas of IT strategy development, enterprise architecture, and enterprise systems management. Saadi holds a master's in IT management from the University of Virginia, as well as industry certifications including TOGAF 9, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000 certified consultant, and is management of risk (MoR ) certified.
David Page, ITIL Based Service Delivery
Vice President David Page is deeply experienced in delivering IT professional services with more than 30 years managing, delivering and optimizing IT infrastructure operations programs. Page is recognized as a thought leader in IT service management, consulting both internally and externally on IT service management best practices using ITIL best practices. Page holds an M.B.A. from Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration from the University of Virginia, and a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and certified Siebel consultant, and possesses ITIL Expert, Service Manager and Foundations certifications.
John Cordone, Enterprise IT Operations
John Cordone brings more than 15 years of experience with military and commercial telecommunications, and data networks focused on IT service management, information assurance, and Department of Defense tactical and garrison telecommunications networks, including national security and emergency preparedness systems. He has led complex IT modernization and optimization efforts in both classified and unclassified environments. He holds bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.B.A. from Boston University and a master's in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Cordone is a graduate of the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College, part of the U.S. Marine Corps University. He is a certified project management professional (PMP) and a certified information systems security professional (CISSP).

Adam Rossi, Systems Engineering
SRA Vice President and Co-Founder of Platinum Solutions, Inc., Adam Rossi led the development of solutions for digital evidence collection, computer forensics, language translation, decryption, and information security. He provides consulting services in areas that include the system integration of DoD enterprise information systems, data collection and analysis tools, document archiving and data reporting to satisfy federal regulatory reporting requirements. Rossi served as president of Platinum Solutions until 2010 when the company was acquired by SRA. He holds a bachelor's in civil engineering and an M.B.A. with a concentration on information systems, both from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
Pat Ryan, Software Engineering
Pat Ryan delivers systems integration and software design expertise as part of SRA's U.S. Air Force business program. As a chief architect, he led the development of a host of software solutions integrating sensors and weapons systems across complex Department of Defense architectures designed to improve the lethality and situational awareness of dismounted soldiers. He has experience engineering aerospace operations centers, developing concept demonstrations for integrating information assurance (IA) resources and engineering solutions for data conversion projects. He holds a bachelor's in software engineering from Colorado Technical University.
Jeff Vogelsang, Software Engineering
Jeff Vogelsang is a software development technical leader and serves as technical director within the Civil Government Group. With more than 14 years. experience, Vogelsang crosses both software and hardware domains to focus on delivering and optimizing technical solutions and services for the company's federal civilian customers using the Agile methodology; including Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP). Vogelsang holds a bachelor's in cognitive science from the University of Virginia and is a certified ScrumMaster.
Damon Bramble, RFID Implementation
Damon Bramble has more than 10 years of experience implementing RFID solutions for both commercial and federal clients and currently serves as technical director for enterprise logistics asset visibility. He has RFID installation and strategic roll-out experience for the supply chains of global customers and brings deep RFID technical expertise from working with market-leading automatic identification technologies (AIT) companies including Mojix, Alien Technology, RF Code, Inc. and PinPoint Technology. Damon received his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Emily Crespin, Management Consulting
Emily serves as a Vice President for SRA International, leading SRA's management consulting capabilities; previously leading Touchstone Consulting Group, a strategy and management-consulting firm focused on achieving powerful outcomes for federal, state, and local governments, non-profits, and private organizations. As one of the leading thinkers on organizational transformation, Emily and her team works with organizations to rethink how they perform their missions. Emily brings a unique level of skilled facilitation focused on designing and delivering high-impact group sessions based on principles of purpose, creativity, engagement, and action. Emily holds a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Psychology from the University of Virginia.
Leah Meisel, Human Capital & Organizational Performance
Leah is one of SRA's experts in Human Capital management and consulting. She has focused for over 30 years on delivering position management, classification, recruitment, staffing, assessments, organizational development and training, HR outsourcing, and workforce strategies/ planning across Defense and Civilian markets. She is a retired SES with senior experience deploying, managing, and transforming Human Capital management programs for large federal agencies. She holds a Master of Science in Child Psychology / Education from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Science in Education from Austin Peay State University, and is a certified Executive Coach from Georgetown University.

Jane Malin, PMP, Supply Chain Logistics
Jane Malin is an expert in the field of enterprise logistics, bringing more than 30 years of commercial and federal government industry consulting experience as a supply chain professional focusing on applying the SCOR reference model and implementing optimizations through Lean/Six Sigma philosophy. Malin specializes in the convergence of SCOR-based supply chain optimization with performance-based logistics, maintenance and sustainment. As a PMP, she has led several full ERP implementations and upgrades (Oracle, SAP), and applies the SCOR-based process improvements and performance metrics during the blueprinting/configuration phase. She is a member of the Supply Chain Council's North American Leadership Team, and is a nationally sought-after speaker and published author for supply chain optimization and SCOR Model implementation. She holds Industrial Engineering/Robotics and Business Administration bachelor's degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Dr. Susan Castillo, Bioinformatics
Dr. Susan Castillo has focused on genomics and bioinformatics for over more than 14 years. Her strong molecular biology skills and understanding of functional genomics enable her to serve as a scientific liaison between the computer science and the life science research communities. Dr. Castillo established SRA's bioinformatics initiative, supporting the integration of genomic information with advanced analytical methods such as data mining, information extraction, and natural language processing. She oversees all phases of system development, including requirement analysis, database design, user-interface design, software development, tools development, software maintenance, documentation, and user training and support. Castillo holds a doctorate in genetics from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Ph.D. dissertation: Cloning and characterization of ovine insulin-like growth factor I and II genes), a master's in animal physiology from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor's in Biology and Chemistry from Concordia College.
