Stephen C. Hughes
Executive Vice President of Operations and CFO
Steve Hughes is Executive Vice President of Operations and CFO. He also serves as Secretary and Treasurer. He has led SRA through rapid growth including the company’s initial public offering (IPO) in 2002, the most successful technology services IPO that year. Since 2002 Hughes has co-led the acquisition and integration of eight companies and managed the company’s growth and profitability.
Hughes joined SRA in 1981 as a systems analyst and progressed through roles as Controller, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Finance. His experience includes public and private financings; mergers and acquisitions; venture development; tax; and regulatory compliance.
A Certified Public Accountant, Hughes has a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.
