Dr. Stanton D. Sloane
President & Chief Executive Officer
Appointed President and CEO in April, 2007, Dr. Stanton Sloane is a proven leader with diverse experience in private industry, international business and the military. In his first year at SRA, Sloane established an aggressive five-year strategic plan for the company, targeting 30 percent annual growth and significant margin improvement. In August 2007, he led the $185 million acquisition of global health company, Constella Group, LLC, the largest acquisition in SRA’s history.
Sloane came to SRA from Lockheed Martin Corporation where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Integrated Systems and Solutions. During his tenure, Sloane led an organization that provided systems engineering and integration services to the U.S. Federal Government and other international clients.
Sloane began his career with General Electric Aerospace in 1984 and gained experience in many disciplines including engineering, program management and business development. Prior to joining GE Aerospace, Sloane served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
Among his academic accomplishments, Sloane holds a bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies (Aeronautics) from Barry University, a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University, and a Doctor of Management degree from the Weatherhead Business School at Case Western University.
