Max N. Hall
Senior Vice President, Civil Sector
As Senior Vice President, Max Hall leads a team responsible for management consulting, program management, and information technology solutions across all federal Civilian agencies. Clients include the Departments of Agriculture, Commerce, Energy, Justice, Interior, Labor, State, Transportation and Treasury; U.S. Agency for International Development; Environmental Protection Agency; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; Government Accountability Office; National Archives and Records Administration; U.S. Congress; Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts; Small Business Administration; and the Office of Personnel Management.
Hall previously served in numerous leadership roles, including Technical Director of the Command and Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Sector, Strategic Business Unit (SBU) director, and the Deputy Director of both the Civil and C3I Sectors.
Since joining SRA in 1992, Hall has supported a number of clients across the Civil, National Security and Global Health Sectors including the Pentagon Renovation Program, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Federal Aviation Agency, the Drug Enforcement Administration and other classified programs.
Prior to SRA, Hall served for 14 years as an officer in the U.S. Army in a number of command and staff positions.
Hall is a graduate of the United States Military Academy.
